TERMS & CONDITIONS

We prioritize hygiene standards and therefore discourage the return of brushes and tools due to their intimate nature.

 

However, we offer a 10-day exchange policy upon receipt of your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Provide a picture or video of the "damaged" item/product.

2. If the purchased item was part of a set or multi-item pack, only that specific item will be replaced.

​

3. This replacement policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

​

4. CVL Beauty LTD will cover the delivery/shipping costs associated with replacing a product.

 

Once you've met these requirements, please reach out to customer service at hello@cvlbeauty.com. Include your order number, details of the complaint, and the item you wish to be replaced.
