SHIPPING POLICY

CVL Beauty Limited manufactures and retails only quality and affordable makeup tools and accessories to its customers. However, if after receiving your package you see the need to return or exchange a product purchased send an email to hello@cvlbeauty.com and our team will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. At CVL Beauty your satisfaction means a lot to us.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically require 2 to 10 working days for processing and shipping through our distribution partners, depending on the delivery location provided. Please note that orders submitted after 14:00 GMT will be processed on the following business day, as well as those placed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

 

Following your purchase, a receipt will be promptly dispatched to your email. Subsequently, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be forwarded to the email address provided during the ordering process. Kindly monitor your package's progress, as CVL Beauty cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments if the address you provided is wrong.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAX POLICIES

CVL Beauty is not responsible for any customs taxes incurred for shipped products.

COST OF SHIPPING

 

Shipping costs vary based on geographical location. Please select your shipping destination to determine applicable rates for your total order amount.

RETURN POLICY

1. CVL Beauty permits exchanges or returns of products within 10 days of purchase, provided all packaging remains intact contingent on valid reason or error from CVL Beauty.

2. Open boxes and used products are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

3. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

 

4. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 working days, equal to the product's original purchase price.

 

5. If returning a damaged or incorrect product, CVL Beauty covers shipping costs.

 

6. Shipping details and return labels will be emailed to customers.

 

7. Proof of purchase and payment and reason for return are required for all returns and exchanges.

 

9. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from CVL Beauty, not from retailers.
