Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Booking: Out Of Studio appointments must be booked at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling. 2. Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. Please respond to confirm your appointment. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% loss of payment as a cancellation fee. 4. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the original booking without incurring additional charges, but must first ensure the new date and time is available for booking. 5. Late Arrivals: If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be subject to rescheduling, and a fee of 50% of the initial payment will be charged. 6. Payment: Payment for home call services is due to book the appointment and a 100% payment is required. 7. Safety Measures: Clients are expected to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the service. The makeup artist reserves the right to leave if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. 8. Health Considerations: Clients are required to disclose any health conditions or allergies that may affect the service. The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service based on health concerns. By booking an Out Of Studio appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.
