Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation: To reserve Valerie Lawson for the full-day makeup services a 100% payment is required 2. Advance Notice: We recommend booking our full-day bridal service at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability and proper planning. 3. Trial Session: A trial makeup session is not automatic and needs to be discussed. The trial fee will be applied towards the booking once it is confirmed. It is recommended to schedule a trial at least two weeks before the wedding day. 4. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a completed agreement. 5. Health Considerations: Clients are required to disclose any health conditions or allergies that may affect the service. The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service based on health concerns. 6. Safety Measures: Clients are expected to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the service. The makeup artist reserves the right to leave if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. 7. Cancellation and Change of date: If for any reason, the contract is cancelled a month into the agreed date or in the month of the agreed date, the bride losses 100% of her payment. If for any reason, the contract is cancelled by the bride before the month of the agreed date, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. A change of date is not automatic and is treated as a cancellation of the contract. A complete cancellation is a cancellation of the contract.
